VoiceMetrix is a privately held corporation founded in 1995 to provide custom computer telephony (CTI) solutions, interactive voice response systems, and call center and telecommunications consulting. Since that time, VoiceMetrix has provided sales and services to several Fortune 1000 companies and the federal government.

VoiceMetrix serves a broad range of industries including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and government. We have developed a number of innovative technologies for specialized interactive voice response systems (IVRs). These systems have included:

  • IVR software for human factors research by the Internal Revenue Service for redesign of their nationwide Telephone Routing Interactive Systems (TRIS)
  • High-density IVR development and integration for Amerix Corporation, and leading consumer services corporation in Columbia, MD
  • A ground breaking financial transaction system for a leading investment advisory firm integrating speech recognition with automated outbound dialing

Our technical consulting has included projects with American Electric Power to assist in selection of a complete Customer Relationship Management suite implemented in seven call centers across seven states. VoiceMetrix was also a lead consultant to Aether Systems in their research and development efforts to integrate speech recognition with their wireless Internet software and services.

Other customers have included Aspect Communications, Johnson & Johnson, Dynamics Research Corporation, and Lucent Technologies.
