Increase Juror Attendance – Appear places outbound reminder calls and includes answering machine detection to leave reminders and notifications as answering machine recordings. Because of the increased juror attendance, jury pool “padding” is practically eliminated.
Improve Jury Customer Service – Jurors hear their individual reporting instructions in a brief phone call averaging 60 seconds or less. They can receive the status of their request to be excused or deferred immediately.
