AJIS®
Comply® is a reporting system that provides Probation and
Pretrial Services staff with an effective and efficient tool to schedule, notify
and track the mandatory drug-testing compliance of offenders and defendants.
Comply integrates with PACTS/ECM to synchronize phase test clients from PACTS to
Comply. Probation and Pretrial staff generate drug-testing calendars in Comply
with PACTS client information and change them easily as needed.
Clients can call Comply 24/7 for their daily drug testing appointment information, including if and when they are to report to their designated drug testing facility. Several configurable reports in Comply allow Probation and Pretrial offices to notify test locations of their daily client appointments, provide pre-filled client testing forms and labels, and inform supervising officers of any non-compliance issues.

AJIS® CJA ATS is an Internet-based timekeeping
system for CJA attorneys to input their
hours and expenses. It contains
a service rate structure to
automatically extend and total all line
items per voucher for each specific
case. Rates are correctly applied by
date of service and your court can maintain
non-standard rate schedules by judge or
case by service category. Attorneys can
print CJA forms and worksheets for submission
easily and accurately to the court.
Attorneys can enter charges as they
occur and monitor all running category
totals and case caps.
Voucher entry screens display any
additional documentation requirements or
overruns as charges are entered. The
system reduces auditing time and
eliminates rejected forms due to errors
and incorrect rates.

AJIS® Appear Speech is an automated voice messaging system that integrates
with your existing jury management system. Appear offers an
extensive automated
outbound calling component to remind jurors of their reporting date,
or inform them
of revised reporting times, dates, or cancellations.
Jurors can likewise call into the Appear system and confirm their
instructions or status.
Appear makes the same reporting and status
information available via the Internet, and both systems offer 7-day
x 24-hour accessibility
by jurors. Appear improves your juror customer service, increases
juror attendance,
and reduces jury office workload and cost.
