Comply® - Pretrial and Probation Drug Test Scheduling and Call-In

Comply® is a scheduling and reporting system that allows Probation and Pretrial Services staff to schedule, notify and track the mandatory drug-testing compliance of offenders and defendants.

Comply seamlessly integrates with PACTS/ECM to synchronize phase test clients from PACTS to Comply. Probation and Pretrial staff generate drug-testing calendars in Comply with PACTS client information and change them easily as needed. Clients can call Comply 24/7 for their daily drug testing appointment information, including if and when they are to report to their designated drug testing facility. Comply also automatically generates and distributes pre-printed, pre-filled Chain-of-Custody forms to you vendor sites and labs.

The Comply Desktop is a browser-based program that provides your Probation and Pretrial Services staff with complete control of client drug testing appointments, form creation and report distribution directly from their office PC’s. User authentication and access to client lists are administered using Windows Integrated Security as configured by your court. With Comply, the Pretrial and Probation Services staff can:

Send schedules and forms directly to test facilities with ‘One-Click’ email or automatically email daily test location forms and reports at scheduled times/days of the week
Comply can generate pre-printed, pre-filled Chain-of-Custody forms and automatically email them on a daily basis to your vendor testing sites or labs
